Viva Lost Wages

This is a quickie post from Vegas. We were walking from our hotel to Treasure Island for a brunch buffet when we saw a bunch of Elvis dudes walking around. Apparently it was a bachelor party. Who knew? Having a great time. But I'm taking a nap!

  2. Too often, we see companies forget to take care of the workers whose efforts and hard work keep things running. It isn’t fair when they endure an injury at the workplace and aren’t properly compensated. Our firm is dedicated to protecting your rights.

  3. You carry personal injury protection (PIP). This policy, which many refer to as "no-fault insurance," will cover you for lost wages―up, of course, to your policy's limits―due to car accident injuries. Though it is only required in certain states, many other states do offer it as optional protection.
You're injured in a car accident due to another driver's negligence. You would then be able to submit a lost wages claim through the guilty driver's bodily injury liability coverage. You would not be covered, however, if you were found to be at fault for the accident.
